JoVanna has been planning events in the East Bay and San Francisco area since 2001. She became passionate about planning weddings after planning her own mothers, baby sister, and oldest brothers wedding. "I saw the stress that brides went through and wanted so badly to help them", stated JoVanna in a 2003.  JoVanna then began to take classes at  City College of San Francisco and online classes with the University of Pheniox.  JoVanna is now an accredited Professional Bridal Consultant.

JoVanna soon opened Passion by JoVanna Wedding and Event Coordinator. Although she was qualified to plan any wedding, she opened her mind to all special events. After opening her own business, she is 100% focused on taking the stress from you and managing every detail for your special day.
